My friend recently celebrated her birthday. I live in a different state from her, but still wanted to make it special. I found Floral Art & Decor randomly on Google (as it is close to where she lives) and couldn't have been happier. They offer a great selection online, and send regular updates with a photo of the actual bouquet and when it has arrived to the recipient. Thank you Floral Art & Decor for helping to make this birthday a memorable one for my long-distance friend :)

Ordering and delivery was a breeze, and I really appreciated that they sent a picture of the final arrangement. My friend, who received the flowers for her birthday, loved them! Very happy with my order.

I bought this flower arrangement for my mom's birthday and she absolutely loved them! She said the flowers looked and smelled so fresh, way better than a store-bought bouquet. These flowers made her day! I ordered the bouquet the day before and they sent a photo of the arrangement before delivering it so I could see what they looked like. Excellent service!

I just placed an order yesterday and was shopping via their site. I decided on an arrangement of white roses to be delivered to San Mateo. The site ordering process was seamless, except for the character limit when adding a message/card. I tried to shorten the message but it wasn't reading properly no matter how distilled it was. I called the florist directly and suggested if I can email them the full message. Neli, called back and advised to text her the message and she will add the card. 👍🏼 The arrangement was ordered and delivered that same day. I received emails on order received and delivered. I love that a snapshot of the actual arrangement was sent to me as well. (Pictured). Efficient, responsive and a beautiful arrangement. ❤️💕

Neli, the store owner, went above and beyond with my backyard reception floral arrangement. I received many compliments from my guests, and even though it was my first time working with Floral Art + Decor, I will be sure to come back for future event needs. I was so impressed that Neli understood the kind of modern, edgy style right from the start. Though I didn’t have too many photos to show her at our initial (and only) meeting , but her past work assured me that she could deliver the unconventional, creative floral arrangement I was looking for. She was responsive and communicative through out the process, would recommend her to anyone looking for creative and beautiful floral arrangement big and small

Customer service was great! Some of the hydrangeas wilted as a result of the extreme heat and they delivered fresh replacement flowers the next day for no charge. We really appreciated this level of customer service and will definately use them again in the future.

I had the most wonderful experience and service while visiting this flower shop last week. My arrangements came out perfect and even better than I imagined, even though I ordered them only 2 days prior to the event. The selection of flowers is vast, and Neli pays extremely close attention to detail to ensure the orders and designs are nothing less than perfect. I highly recommend it and will be visiting again soon. Thanks again!

I'm a local event planner and a few years ago I started working with Neli for my events, she has done countless events for me and I keep coming back for more! Neli is very detailed oriented and works with you on explaining what your budget will get you and the kinds of flowers you can use to create the look you want. Apart from doing my client's parties, she also did my daughter's bat mitzvah a few months ago and my guests are still commenting on how fabulous the flowers looked! Love working with Neli and looking forward to a lot more events together
